Tim's new series, "SAM I AM" has a NEW name...."SAMANTHA WHO?"

Tim has a regular role as a mentor/doorman named Frank, on this new ABC show starring Christina Applegate ("Married with Children"). Her character in "SAMANTHA WHO?"  has retrograde amnesia and is trying to piece her life back together after a terrible accident. This comedy series airs on ABC, Mondays at 9:30 p.m.,  right after "Dancing with the Stars."

Christina Applegate just nails this part," of a woman who wakes up from a coma with amnesia, and finds that the person she was before her accident wasn't a very good one. "She creates a real voice for the character, which I think is missing from a lot of comedies." Also stars Jennifer Esposito, Melissa McCarthy, Jean Smart, Tim Russ, and Barry Watson.

,"After the accident, she wakes up with no recollection of any past experiences, memories or events. Faced with amnesia, Sam must start over on. To her dismay, she discovers that she wasn't a particularly honest, good-hearted or loving person. In fact she was self-involved, narcissistic and devoid of real relationships—essentially a bitch. Sam must now struggle with her desire to be good and her temptation to be...not so good on "

.Finding the line between good and evil is never easy.

On the July 4th holiday, an attack on the vulnerable United States infrastructure begins to shut down the entire nation. Twenty Good Years

"20 Good Years" is closer than the "3rd Rock from the Sun"

Tim's new sitcom is a comedy entitled "20 Good Years" with John Lithgow and Jeffery Tambor about two aging guys who decide to make the most out of the next twenty years of their lives.

This original comedy follows the adventures of two friends who finally realize that life doesn't last forever. They're polar opposites in every way and have a hard time seeing eye to eye. The one thing they can agree on is that they only have twenty good years left to live. In their moment of enlightenment, both men vow to live each day as if it is their last, despite what anyone thinks. It's age meets anarchy and there will be no regrets.

Tim's character is called "Marty," a penny pinching hospital administrator who makes everyone's life a bit miserable. His is a recurring role, as not all of the shows are shot in the hospital setting. Series premier is October 11th, 8:30 p.m./7:30 central. Your support is, of course, appreciated

PRESS RELEASE FOR "DEJA VU"

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE     Contact:    Jim Nestor 714-606-4371    The short is now available for purchase.

IRVINE, CA – November 16, 2005 – Tim Russ, in association with Jim Nestor and Robert Michael Conrad Productions, www.geocities.com/bobandjimprojects has released his latest short film titled Déjà vu.  Starring Garrett Wang and Chase Masterson, this sci-fi thriller takes place in the future where the selling of memories is neither legal nor illegal, just yet.  Unusual consequences are a result of this particular purchase which brings special meaning to those immortal words “buyer beware”.

Filmed at an abandoned helicopter base in Tustin, California, Russ used vast open areas as well as small nooks and crannies to achieve his vision for this film.  “The feel and openness of the site added great production value to the film”, said Russ.

Sci-fi fans will enjoy this film written and directed by Tim Russ, best known as Tuvok, the Vulcan security officer on Star Trek: Voyager.  Other Star Trek notables featured include Garrett Wang from Star Trek: Voyager and Chase Masterson from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Along with Déjà vu, another of Russ’ endeavors, Art Police: Toxic Art is included with the DVD that will be promoted at conventions around the world as well as fan based web sites.

Russ’ other credits include working as writer/producer on the feature film, East of Hope Street which has won several film festival awards. Tim’s directing credits include an episode of Star Trek: Voyager, several episodes of the cable TV show The Heartbreak Café, The FBI Files, and recently an independent film titled Rodenberry on Patrol.
Over the past 10 years Robert Michael Conrad and Jim Nestor have produced several cable television shows including The Heartbreak Café, Hotel Vegas, and Haunted Crossing, as well as independent short films including Blue Skies, Actor, and The Routine.  They have teamed up with Tim Russ on several of these projects.  Other sci-fi notables have worked with Conrad and Nestor over the years including Walter Koenig, Roxann Dawson, Dominic Keating, Claudia Christian, Dean Haglund, and Anne Lockhart.

Dan Chace, Tim Russ, and Bruce Young as, The Art Police

Robert Beltran lends his artistic talent to one of The Art Police episodes.

The new comedy short Fahrenheit 452: The Art Police, stars Tim Russ of Star Trek: Voyager, Bruce Young of The Sentinel, and Dan Chace.  This three man team also serves as writers and producers, with Young and Russ at the directing helm for their new Galaxy TV series, as three officers who protect the Creative Violations Code.  The Art Police is a special unit of the city police force, charged with the duty of busting artists and/or their works only when that work offends someone. This artwork includes paintings, live theatre (plays, musicals, & operas), poetry, prose, mime, photography, dance, and sculpture.

Russ sums it all up with their motto, "We don't judge it, we just remove it."  The trio has signed on for 24 episodes, each approximately three or four minutes in length.  According to Young, the genesis of the series comes from backstage talks among actors.  "Actors always joke about the 'crimes' committed on stage while performing a play.  We used to give out citations for overacting or mugging.  The Art Police grew out of that idea," states Young.  The trio appreciates the creative freedom that the Internet, and specifically www.galaxyonline.com, offers for experimental programming.  Russ and Young promise that no artists will be immune to their surveillance, and all violators will be prosecuted.

Russ, Young, and Chace shot the first 6-7 of their short comedy sketches over Tim's hiatus. Fahrenheit 452: The Art Police, will be coming to an artistic event near you, so look out," concludes Russ.
